Hybrid systems in multiple forms are now empowering the utilities customers and changing rapidly the landscape in which they operate.
An interesting change is the advent of solar energy which is now allowing an electrical utility’s customer to be both a consumer and a generator at the same time. This has then called for a change in billing and contracts to say the least
