Artificial Intelligence known also as AI is being hailed as a great benefit to society. It is being used to help the scientists in the face of #Covid_19 speed up looking for a vaccine. AI has also featured in self driving vehicles, manufacturing robots and even "humanoids" for companionship.
Prior to the pandemic, society could claim that it was looking for ways to speed up processes and make the workplace safer. However, even then this seemed like a step too far with driverless trains, robots manufacturing cars and humanoids for companionship.

Is reliance on artificial intelligence (AI) a step to far for humanity?
