Bankability and Climate Reality

In financial transactions it is standard practice for lenders or grant providers to carry out due diligence to ensure #BANKABILITY!

Bankability is basically a project’s ability to attract #funding and sadly is usually based on a “return in #investment” set of parameters.

#Climate realities need measures that look at how the wider community benefits from the infrastructure and the impact on lives.

A good example is the building of a raised bridge that will allow access to a school or other public facility during floods.
