Apologies to all on the long pause as the editor was away. However, there are still matters that need attention.
The matter of funding particularly when related to new ventures and startups is a daunting task.
A soup kitchen to start???
Your typical startup (not your side hustle variety) requires at least USD 5 000 and some USD 12 000 to survive the first year!
Local banks are ready to provide seed and startup capital but inevitably requires collateral which if it was available in the first place would have not been required.
The conundrum therefore is how will a startup start if it has no collateral?
