With all the issues that the world is facing can we pause and ask why no resolutions?
There is a saying (not mine) that the thinking that caused a problem cannot be the one that resolves it.
Service delivery struggles to keep up as entities focus on captivating beneficiaries either through laws, regulations, financing or just plain bureaucratic bungling.
Silo mentalities create their own set of complexities (I wanted to say problems but need to be polite). These complexities arise through hierarchy and failures to share or interact with fellow agencies or units.
