So according to the news, Sony has entered the #electric #mobility space with it’s Vision -S. I would like to suggest that electric mobility is the future for tech and vehicle #manufacturers. This proves that had there been a concerted effort previously for #sustainability to be the focus of mobility, we could have probably had other associated benefits by now.
The question however remains if the tail will wag the dog as the need for Petrol stations to be redesigned is now urgent. #Standards must be adopted that will allow faster #charging.
We would however still want to suggest to #Africa that #hybrid #vehicles be the preferred first step so as not to strand current #infrastructure and to allow for new infrastructure and capacity to catch up.
