When systems fail!

This article brings sadness to the fore as knowing the background, this is not just a #community struggling with the #drought.

The reality is of a community that systems (of both people and #technology) have failed to deliver possible and promised solutions.

A #desalination plant (and a similar plant in Akutsima) was supposed to solve the saline problem and provide #water sustainably to the immediate community as a minimum.
